BIM Modeler (HVAC/Revit)

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States; on-site Monday-Friday. Travel to job sites may be required for less than 10% of the time.

hirify.global is a mechanical design/build firm delivering HVAC/R systems for commercial and industrial buildings, including healthcare, food processing, manufacturing, warehouses, offices, and refrigerated warehouses.

What you will do

• Model HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping systems in Revit according to project and company standards.
• Run clash detection in Navisworks, prepare clash reports, and coordinate resolutions with other trades.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and track issues through project closeout.
• Produce construction drawings, sections, and details from Revit models.
• Support field engineering, trade coordination, document management, and project record maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver constructable projects from design development through installation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the HVAC or MEP industry.
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with HVAC piping and ductwork systems, fittings, and installation practices.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, civil, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection documents and models.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects.

• Experience with clash detection workflows and model coordination.
• Exposure to BIM execution plans and Common Data Environments.
