BIM Specialist I (Revit)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona; onsite in a company-designated office or field location. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States for any employer; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Prepare BIM models of new and existing electrical systems in commercial buildings for estimating and operations teams.
• Model electrical systems primarily in Revit and additionally in AutoCAD MEP.
• Coordinate models with other trades and perform clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
• Create dimensioned shop and working drawings for prefabrication and field installation.
• Produce Revit schedules and extract accurate construction material quantities and values.
• Prepare as-built record drawings and support preconstruction efforts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience using Revit, including jobs, files, families, worksets, electrical tools, and model schedules.
• Experience with Navisworks project coordination, file setup, and clash detection.
• Ability to use electrical design tools for conduit and cable tray.
• Strong commercial electrical or electrical modeling background is preferred.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
