Senior BIM Specialist

Location: Emeryville, California, United States; hybrid schedule with in-office attendance three times per week

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development and management of high-quality 3D Revit models for complex, large-scale structural projects.
• Produce and oversee construction documents from concept through construction administration.
• Drive BIM coordination, resolve modeling challenges, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Organize BIM project structures and workflows while ensuring model accuracy, QA/QC, and project-specific LOD compliance.
• Provide technical guidance on Revit and AutoCAD, mentor staff, and collaborate with project teams through regular updates.
• Improve modeling efficiency through Dynamo, pyRevit, add-ins, and updated BIM standards.

Requirements

• U.S. work authorization required.
• 6+ years of hands-on Revit and BIM experience in structural or related disciplines.
• Expertise with Navisworks, Revizto, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (Forma).
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu/Studio, Ideate, Dynamo, and pyRevit.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and experience producing full construction documents from start to finish.
• Experience with large-scale healthcare, education, civic, science and technology, or industrial/manufacturing projects; a relevant degree or Revit Structure certification is preferred.
