Member Service Representative (Full-Time) - Rancho del Oro - Oceanside

Location: On-site in Oceanside, California, United States; may require working at or permanently transferring to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $23.75–$27.55 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide counseling on deposit accounts, lending products, credit and debit cards, and other financial services.
• Assist members with opening and maintaining accounts, loans, and related products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to cross-service products and strengthen member relationships through education.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while following applicable regulations and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience building effective relationships through rapport, trust, diplomacy, and tact.
• Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and judgment skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-production, changing environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently and adapt to evolving technologies.
• Ability to support change initiatives and comply with federal and institutional financial regulations.
• Availability Monday through Saturday based on business needs and ability to work on-site.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of deposit and loan products, services, and operational procedures.
• Customer service experience, preferably in banking or a financial institution.
