Consumer Loan Servicing Representative II (DMV)

What you will do

• Process consumer loan payoffs, demands, corrections, reamortizations, payment skips, refunds, and file maintenance.
• Coordinate payoff processing, title releases, lien releases, insurance proceeds, and Letters of Guarantee.
• Review DMV packets and reports, submit files to DMV, and resolve outstanding title, registration, and collateral issues.
• Respond to Member, third-party, branch, and internal inquiries about loan servicing, payoffs, titles, and DMV processes.
• Maintain knowledge of DMV policies, consumer lending procedures, servicing systems, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of loan servicing and DMV processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, accuracy, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal loan servicing systems.
• Participation in E-Verify is required by the employer.
