Member Service Representative (Full-Time) - Highland Falls

Location: On-site at 437 Main St, Highland Falls, New York 10928, United States. The role may require working at or permanently transferring to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $23.75–$27.55 per hour

What you will do

• Provide guidance on deposit, lending, credit, debit card, and other financial products.
• Open and maintain member accounts, loans, and related financial products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to support member relationships through education and cross-service recommendations.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while following applicable regulations.

• Availability Monday through Saturday, with hours based on business needs.
