Member Service Representative (Full-Time) – Heritage Oaks/Nine Mile

Location: On-site in Pensacola, Florida, United States, at the Heritage Oaks or Nine Mile branch; may require work at or permanent transfer to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $19.38–$22.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide counseling on deposit accounts, lending products, credit and debit cards, and other financial services.
• Open and maintain member accounts, loans, and related financial products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to support member needs through product education and cross-service recommendations.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while following banking regulations and institutional procedures.

• Availability Monday through Saturday, with hours based on business needs.
