TL;DR
BIM Modeller (MEP) (Revit/BIM): Creating coordinated BIM models and 2D deliverables for complex buildings and infrastructure projects with an accent on Revit MEP, multidisciplinary coordination, and Common Data Environment standards. Focus on detecting coordination issues through virtual design reviews, maintaining deliverable quality, and supporting international teams across Southeast Asia and APAC.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; hybrid working policy

What you will do
- Create BIM models and drawings using Revit MEP in collaboration with MEP engineers.
- Produce routine BIM models and 2D deliverables independently and supervise other team members.
- Coordinate projects with multidisciplinary teams and conduct virtual design reviews to identify and resolve model coordination issues.
- Ensure deliverables meet project and corporate quality requirements.
- Track workloads and deadlines with team members and project managers.
- Monitor compliance with Common Data Environment standards while working with international teams in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia.
Requirements
- Fluency in Revit MEP.
- 2–8 years of experience working on complex projects.
- College or university degree in a related mechanical or electrical engineering discipline.
- Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese are required.
- Ability to work independently on routine BIM modelling and 2D deliverables.
- Experience coordinating BIM work across architectural and MEP disciplines.
Nice to have
- Experience as a BIM Coordinator.
- Knowledge of BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or Navisworks.
- Programming skills with Python, C#, Dynamo, or Rhino.Inside.Revit.
- Chinese language skills.
- Experience on complex projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, or Australia.
