Member Service Representative (Full-Time) – Gulfport/NCBC Gulfport

Location: On-site at branches in Gulfport, Mississippi, United States; may require working at or permanently transferring to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $19.38–$22.50 per hour

Provides credit union banking products and services, including deposit accounts, lending products, and credit and debit cards.

What you will do

• Provide basic counseling on banking products and services based on member needs.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, loans, and other financial products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and service requests.
• Educate members about additional products and strengthen member relationships.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while complying with applicable regulations.
