Customer Service & Support Representative (Banking)

Location: Home-based work may be available in select United States locations, with occasional in-office participation as required; Eastern/Central Time Zones only.

Salary: $33,750–$56,250 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Provide routine customer service support for products, services, online guidance, and accounts.
• Receive, investigate, and respond to customer inquiries across available service channels.
• Resolve service issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and refer complex or recurring cases.
• Communicate with customers and internal or external service partners to resolve requests.
• Document customer interactions and complete service requests to minimize customer effort.
• Maintain customer satisfaction while following hirify.global's customer-focused and risk-management practices.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge; a university degree is not required.
• High school diploma or GED is not required where comparable education, certification, or experience applies.
• Demonstrated customer service, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• For virtual work, a dedicated confidential room with a closable door and a wired cable or fiber internet connection providing at least 20 Mbps upload and download is required; wireless, DSL, satellite, cellular, dial-up, microwave, and BPL connections are not supported.
