Branch Manager - Monterey Oaks

Location: Austin, TX, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Manage branch sales, service, operations, financial performance, security, risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and coach colleagues to achieve production goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer relationships and generate referrals to internal banking partners.
• Drive business development through community involvement, market relationships, and calling programs.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring to maintain appropriate branch staffing.
• Educate colleagues on banking products, services, technology, and policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, coaching, and process management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and colleague development skills.
• Ability to lead branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance across branch and digital channels.
• Comfort with mobile services and online banking technologies.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations; full-time U.S. work authorization is required.
