Branch Manager (Retail Banking)

What you will do

• Lead and direct all retail banking activities for the branch.
• Build, motivate, schedule, coach, and evaluate branch employees.
• Drive branch sales, deposit growth, customer service, networking, and community engagement.
• Resolve customer escalations and maintain productive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Oversee cash balancing, vault security, money supply, operational checklists, audits, and performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with banking laws, the Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering requirements, and information security policies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a retail banking environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of consumer compliance regulations, especially CIP and account disclosures.
• Leadership ability, strong work ethic, attention to detail, organization, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel to various TBK Bank locations for training and other assigned duties.
