Manager, Statistics - Immunology (Hybrid)

Salary: $109,500–$208,500 annual base pay

What you will do

• Design, analyze, and report clinical trials and other scientific research studies.
• Develop protocols, statistical analysis plans, product safety plans, and programming specifications.
• Perform statistical analyses, identify study and data issues, and recommend scientifically sound solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Statistical Programming on database lock preparation and high-quality outputs.
• Develop data presentation and inference strategies and support scientific publications.
• Lead statistical activities and communicate statistical concepts and results across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• MS in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field with 6+ years of experience, or PhD with 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in SAS, R, and/or Python, including complex statistical analyses and simulation studies.
• Experience with clinical development programs, clinical trial design, and statistical analysis planning.
• Ability to independently lead statistical activities and explain statistical concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
• Strong technical, written, oral communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Immunology clinical trial experience.
• PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
