Salary: $174,800–$262,200.

What you will do

  • Conduct scientific and operational statistical work for clinical trials and real-world data investigations.
  • Lead biostatistics projects, including work allocation, review, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Author Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), study reports, and methodological publications.
  • Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams and represent the department in internal review boards.
  • Contribute to external interactions with regulatory bodies and payers.
  • Implement advanced design and analysis methods at the study or project level.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Statistics or Biostatistics required.
  • Typically requires 7 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth competence with SAS and R statistical software.
  • Strong understanding of advanced statistical methods in drug development.
  • Experience with NDA/MAA and direct dealings with USA/European regulators.
  • Excellent critical thinking, logical problem-solving, and communication skills.
