What you will do

• Partner with the Site Leader and leadership team to develop and execute people strategies supporting operational goals and workforce stability.
• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, change management, and leadership development.
• Strengthen employee engagement, retention, communication, and workplace culture through regular site presence and proactive initiatives.
• Lead investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
• Coach leaders to improve communication, accountability, leadership effectiveness, and team performance.
• Analyze turnover, absenteeism, overtime, vacancies, engagement, and employee relations metrics to support data-informed decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Seven or more years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, operations, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
• Experience serving as a strategic HR Business Partner while executing hands-on HR initiatives and employee support activities.
• Strong experience in employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, labor or employee relations, and leadership coaching.
• Business acumen and experience connecting workforce strategies and talent decisions to operational and financial outcomes.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing, workforce analytics, and problem-solving skills.
