What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Drive workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent outcomes.
• Lead organizational design, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Use workforce analytics and people insights to identify trends, mitigate risks, and support business decisions.
• Guide leaders through organizational change, transformation, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Advise stakeholders on complex people matters and support a high-performing, compliant, and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in human resources, HR business partnering, organizational development, workforce planning, or a related discipline.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, matrixed, or global organizations.
• Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and change management.
• Ability to use workforce analytics and people data to develop strategic recommendations.
• Strong consulting, communication, relationship-building, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Full-time employment based in Alpharetta, Georgia, United States.
