Global Feasibility Manager (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Own feasibility strategy development and execution in partnership with clinical program, study delivery, global study management, country, and data teams.
• Lead country and site identification, feasibility assessments, country selection, timelines, and synthesis of feasibility insights for clinical studies.
• Collect and integrate local and external data on treatment standards, approved and reimbursed therapies, disease incidence and prevalence, patient access, and operational barriers.
• Develop recommendations for geographic footprints, proposed sites, patient recruitment strategies, enrollment timelines, and footprint optimization.
• Coordinate data-provider deliverables and analysis timelines with study decision milestones, including baseline commitments and change processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support systems, processes, and work practices for faster and more accurate feasibility assessments.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree; or a master's degree and 2 years of directly related experience; or a bachelor's degree and 4 years of directly related experience; or equivalent combinations of education and experience listed in the posting.
• Experience in life sciences or a medically related field.
• Preferred: 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 6 years of biopharmaceutical clinical research experience at a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO company.
• Experience with feasibility and/or country clinical operations.
• Understanding of how data and analytics inform study design and operational planning.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
