Manager, Site Engagement & Feasibility (Clinical Research)

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid 70/30 work model with 70% in-office collaboration. Travel of up to 20% may be required.

Salary: $109,200–$174,600 per year, with potential bonus, incentive compensation, or equity.

What you will do

• Lead site feasibility assessments and support country and site selection strategies for assigned clinical trials.
• Serve as the primary liaison for partner sites and investigators, managing trial-specific engagement, communications, training materials, and engagement assets.
• Oversee feasibility questionnaires, internal and external data collection, and interpretation of site metrics and enrollment projections.
• Prepare startup readiness and site performance metrics to support risk assessments and corrective action planning.
• Monitor vendor delivery for feasibility and engagement activities, escalating risks and issues to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate feasibility strategies and optimize site engagement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; an advanced degree in a health-related field is preferred.
• At least 6 years of clinical research experience focused on site feasibility, site engagement, or study startup.
• Experience managing projects and vendors in a clinical research environment.
• Experience interpreting historical data, site metrics, and enrollment projections to guide enrollment strategies.
• Proficiency with clinical trial management systems, feasibility platforms, and Microsoft Office.
