Manager, Laboratory Proj Mgmt (Clinical Research)

Location: New York or Blue Bell, United States; remote or office-based work

Salary: $110,520–$138,150 annually, plus potential bonus, commissions, stock compensation, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage the daily activities of the laboratory project management team under the direction of the Director of Project Management.
• Coordinate clinical laboratory operations delivery and resolve service issues.
• Act as the primary client escalation point for hirify.global Central Laboratories services.
• Manage, mentor, and coach direct reports while developing team capability.
• Build a culture of process improvement focused on streamlining operations, adding business value, and meeting client needs.
• Travel as required, approximately 20%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• Previous project management experience in a laboratory or clinical research setting.
• Solid clinical laboratory operations experience and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and coaching team members.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills, including experience handling escalations.
