Study Project Manager II (Clinical Research)

Location: Irvine, California, United States; hybrid schedule with onsite work required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Salary: $124,500–$236,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead the operational delivery of one or more clinical research studies from initiation through closeout.
• Link asset-level objectives with study-level strategies, deliverables, and milestones.
• Ensure study execution meets ICH/GCP, global regulatory, and hirify.global SOP requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and oversee contracts, statements of work, data transfers, and timelines.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate study risks while developing practical solutions.
• Coach team members and drive process improvements that increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 8 years of clinical research study management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional internal teams and managing end-to-end study operations.
• Experience with drug, device, interventional, non-interventional, and early feasibility studies across Phase 1–4.
• Strong knowledge of hirify.global SOPs and ICH/GCP regulations.
• Expertise with clinical trial systems such as EDC, IRT, CTMS, and eTMF.
