Manager, Commercial Strategy and Performance

What you will do

• Manage restaurant master data and maintain accurate, up-to-date records across Salesforce and other commercial databases.
• Create and oversee data-quality monitoring processes and standardize commercial workflows.
• Coordinate with Account Management, Sales, Growth and Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Build insightful reports to track commercial performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Identify revenue-growth and monetization opportunities across the NCR vendor portfolio.
• Analyze vendor performance, build prioritization frameworks, and scale marketing solutions, campaigns, and promotions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 4–5 years of experience in data reporting, analysis, and insight generation.
• Experience working with large datasets and proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Structured problem-solving ability with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Required languages: English and Filipino.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams while also working independently.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Google Data Studio or Tableau.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
