Location: Berlin, Germany. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at clients or hirify.global offices; client-facing work may require travel.

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop solutions to client business problems using structured problem-solving skills and frameworks.
• Conduct market and desk research to generate insights and support client decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary software.
• Synthesize and communicate analytical results to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with client and hirify.global teams to implement solutions and own assigned project deliverables.

Requirements

• Be about to enter the final year of a bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline, with strong academic performance in analytical and quantitative coursework.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong oral and written communication, attention to detail, organization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a client-first mentality.
• Possess or be able to obtain work authorization for Germany.
