Senior Manager, Pickup Strategy

What you will do

• Own the pickup business in Taiwan end-to-end, including growth strategy, business planning, and operational scalability.
• Lead strategic initiatives and make high-impact decisions aligned with regional and global priorities.
• Drive top-line and bottom-line growth by translating business goals into actionable plans.
• Use structured, data-driven analysis to identify opportunities, diagnose root causes, and prioritize initiatives.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product, and Regional teams to design and execute scalable initiatives.
• Manage implementation and operational challenges end-to-end in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or project management.
• Proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets, and Google Slides, including dashboard development and executive-level presentations.
• Strong commercial, marketing, and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Ability to solve unprecedented problems and translate complex issues into clear, practical solutions.
