Responsible Sourcing Program Manager-Expert

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico. Full-time onsite role. No travel required; relocation is not specified.

Salary: $105,050–$161,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities stated for United States of America candidates only.

What you will do

• Lead strategic responsible sourcing, human rights, and due diligence programs from strategy through execution.
• Develop and improve responsible sourcing policies, standards, supplier requirements, governance processes, and management systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs, and Communications.
• Manage complex multi-stakeholder projects, operating models, accountability mechanisms, and performance measures.
• Advise internal and external stakeholders by translating responsible sourcing, sustainability, human rights, and regulatory topics into practical guidance.
• Coordinate customer responses to inquiries, assessments, audits, due diligence requests, and escalations while monitoring regulatory and industry developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Rights, Law, Public Policy, Public Affairs, Sustainability, Supply Chain, International Relations, Business, or a related field.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in public affairs, responsible sourcing, human rights, sustainability, supply chain due diligence, policy, regulatory strategy, or stakeholder engagement.
• Experience operating independently as a senior subject matter expert in a global, matrixed organization.
• Fluent English with strong executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of human rights, labor standards, living wage, responsible recruitment, forced labor prevention, responsible exit principles, and human rights and environmental due diligence.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, policy analysis, executive communication, issue management, and cross-functional influence.

• Legal training or experience with international human rights standards.
