Distribution Coordinator Team Leader

Location: Nogales, Mexico; onsite distribution, manufacturing, and warehousing environment

What you will do

• Coordinate Distribution Coordinators and facilitate logistics activities to meet customer requirements on time and to a high standard.
• Organize, schedule, and assign work to ensure material requirements are met on a quick-turn basis.
• Receive, inspect, record, and distribute materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Prepare shipping documentation, record weights and shipping charges, and prepare goods for final shipment.
• Stock and distribute inventory to manufacturing lines and prepare kitting packages for assembly production and customers.
• Perform physical material-handling activities, including lifting heavy items and operating a forklift when required.

Requirements

• 6+ years of related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring regular manual dexterity and coordination.
• Ability to sit, stand, type, and position objects at various heights for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and exchange accurate information.
• Ability to operate computers and other productivity equipment in an office, laboratory, manufacturing, or warehousing environment.
• Commitment to safety when handling mechanical and electrical hardware, high voltage, gas, water, and heat.
