Distribution Specialist

What you will do

• Receive, verify, store, palletize, and dispatch raw and finished goods.
• Move materials between warehouses and manufacturing areas and deliver inventory to manufacturing departments using FIFO procedures.
• Process material, receiving, issuing, and inventory transactions in company systems.
• Perform cycle counts, annual inventories, and periodic physical inventory activities; investigate and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse organization, space utilization, cleanliness, safety, and material condition.
• Support equipment warehouse NCE processing and other departments as required.

Requirements

• Understanding of warehousing, dispatch, material control, and supply chain processes.
• Ability to verify materials against receiving documents and report discrepancies or damage.
• Ability to operate hand or power trucks as required for warehouse duties.
• Compliance with GMPs, SOPs, QSR, ISO requirements, applicable regulations, and company procedures.
• Commitment to accurate data, inventory records, system transactions, and safe working practices.
