Sr. Product Manager (Hybrid - Oak Brook, IL)

Location: Hybrid in Oak Brook, Illinois, United States

Salary: $129,700–$226,900 annual base pay, plus benefits, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop and implement product, brand, portfolio, pricing, and integrated marketing strategies.
• Own annual and multi-year operating plans, financial performance, profitability, market share, revenue, and margin objectives.
• Define the product portfolio vision and roadmap across hardware and software products.
• Lead connected end-user experiences, customer insight discovery, business cases, value propositions, and cross-functional product development.
• Partner with marketing, sales, customer experience, and other functions on go-to-market strategies, service adoption, and after-sales support.
• Represent product strategy and innovation with customers, partners, analysts, industry groups, and other external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or a Product Owner role.
• Experience identifying and monetizing end-user pain points in the multifamily market.
• Experience architecting and executing long-term roadmaps for software services.
• Experience operationalizing cross-functional go-to-market strategies focused on service adoption.
• Ability to use data to improve sales conversion and reduce subscription churn.
