Sr. Product Director (SaaS)

Location: Stamford, Connecticut, United States; hybrid work environment

Salary: $136,000–$189,000 base salary per year, plus an annual bonus or role-based sales incentive.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor product managers responsible for hirify.global’s client-facing digital product suite.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, software engineers, product designers, data scientists, and business teams to deliver digital products.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and critical features across multiple product areas.
• Lead concept sprints and portfolio prioritization while balancing customer needs, business value, and technical investment.
• Use customer insights, market trends, and data to identify product opportunities and improve adoption and client experience for BuySmart.
• Communicate product direction to executives and drive cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience as a digital product owner, ideally with large-scale SaaS applications, enterprise software, or technology platforms.
• 6–10 years of direct experience managing product managers.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience defining product strategy and vision, delivering multi-year roadmaps, and managing and prioritizing backlogs.
• Strong people leadership, communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to define product performance metrics, manage dependencies, meet deadlines, and use AI-enabled tooling to scale product management practices.
