Senior Product Manager (Enterprise Mobile Computing)

Location: Onsite in Holtsville, New York, or hybrid in Lincolnshire, Illinois with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.

Salary: $96,800–$145,200 annual base pay, plus a target annual cash incentive of 10% of base pay.

What you will do

• Shape next-generation mobile computers and wearable scanners for warehouse, retail, hospitality, healthcare, transportation and logistics, manufacturing, and other verticals.
• Coordinate with device, accessories, software, services, regional product, and marketing teams to develop comprehensive product offerings.
• Manage product lifecycles, customer requirements, end-of-life plans, inventory objectives, and the New Product Introduction process.
• Define product positioning, pricing, promotional initiatives, distribution strategy, and go-to-market plans.
• Develop demand-generation initiatives, business cases, KPIs, and market expansion opportunities.
• Present product value propositions and deliver training to sales, technical support, partners, customers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of experience required.
• Knowledge of hardware development and software applications for wearable solutions in warehouse, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare environments.
• Experience with product lifecycle management.
• Strong communication, presentation, business, customer-orientation, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with mobile computing solutions, Android devices, data capture technologies, and AI-driven tools such as machine-learning diagnostics, virtual assistants, or predictive maintenance systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise mobile computing and wearable solution markets and competitive landscapes.
