Manufacturing Technician III - Sterile Filling (Nights)

Location: USA - OH - West Chester; onsite work in controlled, non-classified, and classified cleanroom production areas.

Salary: $24.00–$38.00 per hour

What you will do

• Operate, assemble, disassemble, sanitize, and make minor adjustments to sterile filling equipment.
• Perform filter integrity testing, in-process checks, material inspections, and data entries in SCADA and HMI systems.
• Execute advanced aseptic techniques, participate in media fills and line interventions, and support environmental monitoring.
• Complete batch records and GMP documentation, perform SAP transactions, and maintain accurate controlled records.
• Support preventive maintenance, validation and engineering protocols, 5S, problem-solving, and other process improvement initiatives.
• Train and evaluate Technician II employees, maintain certifications, and support cross-functional production activities.

Requirements

• Progressive experience independently executing filling procedures in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations, deviation reporting, change control, and data integrity principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot routine process or equipment issues and complete complex procedures independently.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is required for technical documentation and cross-functional communication.
• Strong attention to detail, mathematical and analytical skills, and accuracy with batch records and controlled documentation.
• Ability to work onsite in classified cleanroom areas, complete aseptic gowning, pass an onboarding eye exam, and meet occupational health and PPE requirements.

Nice to have

• High school, vocational school, or equivalent education.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing experience.
• Prior aseptic manufacturing or lean manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Microsoft applications, SAP, or Veeva Vault.
