Manufacturing Associate I - Fill Finish (Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: 100% onsite in Silver Spring, Maryland, United States

Salary: $30.05–$31.25 per hour

What you will do

• Operate process equipment and support fill-finish production under cGMP, OSHA, and company requirements.
• Prepare and receive raw materials, components, and supplies for filling operations.
• Monitor routine work processes and maintain clean, orderly production areas and equipment.
• Complete batch records, manufacturing documents, training records, and lot traceability documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and support technical issues and production activities.
• Make limited-scope updates to SOPs and other manufacturing documents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment with a high school diploma/GED or associate degree; or no experience required with a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to handle confidential information, communicate complex issues accurately in writing, and work effectively with other departments.
• Ability to distinguish colors and proficiency with Microsoft Office or an equivalent tool.
• Ability to work weekends in rare instances.
• Must work 100% onsite at the Silver Spring, Maryland facility.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related field.
• Experience with gowning procedures in a cGMP environment.
• Experience with sterile aseptic fill operations and equipment.
• Experience with manual or visual inspection of drug product containers.
• Experience with SAP or a similar inventory management system.
