Manufacturing Technician - Pharmaceutical Operations

Location: Groton, CT, USA; candidates must be within a commutable distance. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with overtime, weekend, and holiday work as needed.

Salary: USD 20–24.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Operate, set up, and support pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Transform raw materials into intermediate and final patient-ready products.
• Complete GMP-compliant batch records, logbooks, labels, check sheets, protocols, change controls, and QTS records.
• Perform routine maintenance, operator care, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Support classified manufacturing environments, housekeeping, and operational performance reporting.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, quality, and compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or associate degree plus at least 2 years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment, or a bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment-related issues.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, climb, lift up to 55 pounds, and wear required PPE.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without sponsorship.
