Senior Manufacturing Associate (Nights)

Location: On-site in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States. Schedule: 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a rotating schedule.

What you will do

• Lead and execute downstream manufacturing processes, including chromatography and filtration.
• Monitor production activities and ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and GDP requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment and process issues and support timely resolution.
• Review and approve batch records and logbooks and support deviation investigations.
• Train, mentor, and support associates in purification processes and manufacturing best practices.
• Coordinate material movements and contribute to continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

• At least one year of downstream bioprocessing experience and additional biotechnology industry experience.
• Knowledge of purification and filtration processes.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, documentation practices, and process flow.
• Experience training or mentoring team members in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, technical writing, and collaboration skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field is preferred.
