RV/Marine Sales Rep Sr.

Location: Florida Region, United States; remote role with travel to dealers required 80% of the time

What you will do

• Develop and maintain profitable, quality indirect lending relationships with RV and marine dealers.
• Manage dealer sales, service, and dealership staff training.
• Identify new business opportunities and demonstrate the value of bank products and services.
• Monitor competitor products and recommend product improvements.
• Assist and train less experienced employees.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of financial services experience in business-to-business sales.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to travel to dealers 80% of the time and regularly visit neighboring states.
• Must live in the appropriate location and be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Strong sales, negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM documentation, pre-call sales planning, and industry reporting metrics.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of indirect lending sales experience.
• Local dealer knowledge and established dealer relationships.
• Experience working with multiple dealerships and dealer groups.
