What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions that improve financial wellbeing and build loyalty.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options, products, technology, tools, and resources.
• Resolve customer problems while managing risk and following banking policies and procedures.
• Support efficient and accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Spanish speaking ability is required.
• Typically requires an associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; the posting also states that no degree is required.
• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Strong customer service, communication, prospecting, sales, problem-solving, and banking product knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, understand customer needs, and follow risk-management procedures.
