What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate banking solutions to improve financial wellbeing, revenue, and loyalty.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, teller interactions, lobby engagement, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Build customer share of wallet through ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options and use banking technology, tools, and resources.
• Manage customer problems, branch operations, and risk controls in accordance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Spanish speaking ability is required.
• Typically requires an associate degree or equivalent and 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, customer service, and customer experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, identify opportunities, solve problems, and understand customer needs.
• Additional background checks may be required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations and applicable banking regulations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
