Bilingual Personal Banker (Spanish)

Location: In-office at 5075 S Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60632

Base salary: $49,500–$82,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate hirify.global banking solutions to improve financial wellbeing and grow revenue.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, teller interactions, lobby engagement, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Build customer loyalty and expand relationships through personalized service and community partnerships.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while managing operational and compliance risks.
• Participate in daily branch operations and ensure accurate, efficient execution of procedures.

Requirements

• Spanish speaking is required.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience is typically expected; comparable education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer service, prospecting, and proactive sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and customer relationship skills.
• The position is in-office in Chicago, Illinois.
