Powder Coat Lead (Manufacturing)

Pay range: $30.61–$45.91 per hour

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate a team, assign tasks, provide guidance, and mentor employees.
• Allocate labor, equipment, and materials to support production targets.
• Monitor quality control processes and investigate production or quality issues.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety training and audits, and recommend improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory levels, coordinate with inventory control, and report productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production management software and systems.
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English. Ability to obtain and maintain 608 universal refrigerant certification.
