Recruiting Coordinator (Healthcare)

Salary: $23.50–$27.00 per hour, plus annual salary, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Coordinate high-volume interview loops and manage scheduling logistics.
• Provide timely, clear, and professional communication throughout the candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, interview stages, and feedback forms in Ashby.
• Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to resolve scheduling changes and prepare interview panels.
• Verify time zones, meeting links, calendars, and interview details before each session.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer-facing role, including internships.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets.
• Ability to manage complex calendars and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional email etiquette.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system such as Ashby, Lever, or Greenhouse.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced corporate environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Slack and Zoom.
• Interest in learning Talent Acquisition processes and improving coordination workflows.
