Associate Director of Talent Acquisition

Location: Remote within the United States where hirify.global operates. Global opportunities may be available in Canada, the UK, and Australia for candidates who permanently reside there and have established current work authorization. The role can be performed 100% virtually from a home office.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners while setting recruiting goals and performance metrics.
• Manage executive and business-critical searches through full-cycle recruiting, from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and close.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers on hiring strategies, market insights, pipeline health, and workforce planning.
• Own Ashby ATS administration and optimize recruiting workflows, interview processes, automations, templates, scorecards, and reporting.
• Develop recruiting dashboards and analytics covering funnel health, source effectiveness, diversity metrics, and recruiter performance.
• Improve candidate experience, inclusive sourcing, employer branding, recruiting efficiency, and quality of hire.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• 2+ years of experience managing recruiters or Talent Acquisition teams.
• Required experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations roles.
• Demonstrated success recruiting executive, leadership, and highly specialized talent while managing full-cycle recruiting.
• Advanced sourcing skills, including Boolean search, networking, referrals, market mapping, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Experience with ATS platforms, recruiting analytics, stakeholder management, project management, and multi-country compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ashby and/or Juicebox.
• Experience recruiting across different global markets.
• Background in a digital marketing agency, technology company, or professional services organization.
