Solutions Marketing Specialist (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead local execution of priority LATAM demand-generation campaigns.
• Partner with local solutions leadership, Sales, BDRs, Partner Marketing, and Global Marketing teams.
• Execute solution-focused micro-campaigns to address pipeline gaps and support downmarket growth.
• Manage co-marketing campaigns with distributors, service providers, and other partners.
• Own programs end to end, including audience selection, digital execution, post-campaign analysis, and ROI reporting.
• Promote consistent messaging around the evolution from point products to an integrated security platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in the technology or SaaS sector.
• Strong understanding of demand-generation metrics, funnel management, and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Experience with events, digital media, and partner-led marketing programs.
• Knowledge of the Latin American business landscape, particularly the Mexican market.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Eloqua and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; fluent Spanish and professional English are required.
