Onsite Warehouse Support Specialist (Warehouse Management)

Location: Onsite at 400 Kolendorski Road, Jackson, New Jersey 08527, United States. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm; the role requires continuous standing and walking during an 8–10-hour shift or longer based on business needs.

Base salary: $50,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Run daily cycle counts and inventory control processes according to standard operating procedures.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform physical location checks, and reconcile variances within a 24-hour SLA.
• Determine root causes of inventory adjustments and lead corrective actions.
• Respond to merchant inventory requests through the ticketing system within a two-hour SLA and perform requested audits.
• Communicate operational updates and inventory concerns to hirify.global and fulfillment center leaders.
• Present weekly performance reports and follow food safety, product quality, traceability, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience with ICQA processes in a 3PL or warehousing environment.
• Proficiency with warehouse management system software; RF scanner experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently onsite without direct supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication, reading comprehension, time management, prioritization, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. without health limitations and frequently bend, stoop, reach above, and push or pull.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, adaptive environment and maintain a professional demeanor with customers, vendors, and fulfillment center partners.
