Inventory Control Specialist II

Location: Onsite in Reston, Virginia, United States

Salary: $45,011–$59,946 per year, depending on geographic market, knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include annual incentives, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

What you will do

• Manage and process internal inventory tickets with limited supervision.
• Receive equipment into the secured inventory stockroom and execute physical inventory movements.
• Stock materials according to industry handling standards and participate in inventory-related meetings.
• Process data-bearing hard drives through wiping and destruction procedures.
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation.
• Assist with training teammates on inventory processes and controls.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience with inventory industry standards.
• Basic knowledge of integrated inventory control systems and cycle counting.
• Basic shipping and receiving experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email client software, rules, and folder organization.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and lift 60 pounds overhead.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with electronic and computer components.
