Dimensional Inspection Specialist/CMM Programmer (57727)

Location: Marietta, Georgia, United States; onsite lab work with travel to customer facilities of up to 50%

What you will do

• Perform dimensional inspections in the laboratory and at customer facilities.
• Program CMM equipment onsite, offline, and remotely for customer use.
• Conduct first article inspections, dimensional layouts, and part-to-part and part-to-CAD comparisons.
• Operate and support CMM, computed tomography, laser scanning, and vision systems.
• Perform dimensional inspections using FARO arms and provide onsite metrology support.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience programming CMMs with PC-DMIS.
• Deep knowledge of PC-DMIS, PolyWorks, Volume Graphics, and Calypso.
• Extensive knowledge of first article inspections, dimensional analysis, and CAD comparisons.
• Knowledge of CT, CMM, and laser scanning operations.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR requirements, including U.S. citizenship or nationality, lawful permanent residence, refugee status, or asylum status.
• Ability to work 40 hours plus overtime, travel by air or ground to job sites, lift 60 pounds, and pass driving, background, and drug-screening requirements.
