CMM Programmer-1st Shift (Metrology)

Location: Brillion, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, first shift

What you will do

• Develop, validate, maintain, and execute CMM programs using PC-DMIS, PolyWorks, and/or Calypso.
• Perform dimensional inspections against engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements.
• Operate CMM equipment, FARO arms, laser trackers, and handheld 3D scanning systems.
• Analyze inspection results, generate reports, and communicate findings to engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Support first article inspections, product launch validation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Improve inspection methods, fixture design, measurement strategies, and metrology process efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; an associate degree or technical certification is preferred.
• At least 3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong experience programming and operating CMM systems with PC-DMIS, PolyWorks, and/or Calypso.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and complex GD&T requirements according to ASME Y14.5.
• Experience with metrology software, Microsoft Office, and Excel for reporting, data analysis, and visualization.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
