Supply Chain Intern (Aerospace)

Location: Long Beach, California, United States; full-time, on-site for at least 12 consecutive weeks beginning January, February, or March 2027.

Salary: $28 USD per hour in California.

What you will do

• Support sourcing and procurement of parts from suppliers around the world.
• Help manage supplier relationships and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Support delivery of critical hardware for space systems and launch products.
• Apply engineering and industry concepts to solve real supply chain challenges.
• Collaborate with mentors, supervisors, and multidisciplinary teams while providing progress updates.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral program in engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
• Have at least one semester remaining after the internship.
• Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Have at least 3 months of corporate supply chain experience.
• Be able to work full-time on-site in Long Beach for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks.
• For U.S. office work, meet applicable ITAR eligibility or authorization requirements.

Nice to have

• GPA of 3.5 or above and at least 6 months of corporate supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of 5S principles and warehouse operations.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Excel, Python, Six Sigma, or Infor LN.
