What you will do

• Own full-cycle hiring for sales, software engineering, product, legal nurse consulting, and marketing roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and build search strategies.
• Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn outreach, Boolean searches, networking, referrals, and talent pipelines.
• Screen and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, administer pre-employment assessments, and conduct reference checks.
• Extend and negotiate offers while providing a strong candidate experience.
• Maintain SmartRecruiters, track recruiting metrics, and improve time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rates.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or at an agency.
• Demonstrated success closing candidates for specialized or technical roles.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI tools experience.
• Experience working with an ATS; SmartRecruiters experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple open roles without losing detail or momentum.

Nice to have

• Background in legal tech, SaaS, or professional services.
• Familiarity with structured pre-employment assessments such as Criteria, OMG, or Kolbe.
