Staff Endpoint Engineer (Desktop)

Base pay: $88,110–$132,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and equity plans.

What you will do

• Design, configure, and maintain Windows endpoint management with SCCM and Intune co-management, including application deployment, OS imaging, and patch management.
• Own Intune-based mobile device management for iOS and Android across MDM, MAM, app protection, enrollment, compliance, and corporate and BYOD device lifecycles.
• Lead zero-touch provisioning with Windows Autopilot, Apple automated device enrollment, and Android Enterprise.
• Maintain endpoint standards, security baselines, conditional access, vulnerability posture, and digital experience monitoring with Nexthink.
• Support macOS and Jamf Pro, enterprise print, VDI, and Linux endpoint environments, including RHEL and Ubuntu patching and hardening.
• Automate remediation and reporting, maintain runbooks and SOPs, lead complex escalations and major incidents, and mentor less-experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of related professional experience, or a master’s degree and/or PhD with 2–3 years, including substantial hands-on endpoint engineering experience.
• Deep hands-on experience with Windows endpoint engineering, SCCM, Intune co-management, application deployment, OS imaging, and patch management.
• Deep mobile device management experience with Intune across iOS and Android MDM and MAM.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, Apple ADE, Android Enterprise, Windows packaging using MSI, MSIX, and Win32, and PowerShell automation.
• Experience with Nexthink or a comparable digital employee experience platform, Active Directory, Group Policy, security baselines, and Conditional Access.
• Working knowledge of macOS and Jamf, print, VDI, Linux, and related identity and security technologies; ability to lead complex projects, major incidents, and technical escalations.

Nice to have

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert and Endpoint Administrator Associate credentials.
• Jamf, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, RHCSA, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL Foundation v4 certifications.
• Experience with Bash, Python, mobile threat defense, Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, ServiceNow, CrowdStrike Falcon, Okta, Entra, Qualys, or Printix.
• Experience managing globally distributed enterprise fleets or supporting semiconductor, manufacturing, laboratory, or regulated-industry environments.
