Endpoint Engineering Lead (Microsoft Intune)

Location: St. Louis, Missouri or Union Beach, New Jersey, with a U.S.-based hybrid work arrangement

What you will do

• Define and execute the global endpoint management strategy and roadmap for approximately 6,000 employees.
• Establish standards, policies, and lifecycle management practices for endpoint technologies.
• Lead Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, and Entra ID environments.
• Drive automation and operational efficiency through PowerShell and modern management practices.
• Own the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure platform strategy and effectiveness, including Citrix environments.
• Lead endpoint modernization, refresh programs, mobile device management, print services, vendor relationships, SLAs, and KPIs in partnership with security, infrastructure, service management, and regional IT teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise endpoint technologies.
• Deep expertise in Windows endpoint engineering and device management.
• Advanced knowledge of Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, endpoint security, compliance, Zero Trust, and iOS and Android device platforms.
• Experience managing vendors and outsourced providers, with strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Knowledge of ITIL service management practices and enterprise print solutions.
• Experience leading large-scale workplace transformation initiatives.
