Senior Developer Success Engineer - East

Location: Remote; must reside in the Western Time Zone

hirify.global builds a cloud-native workflow platform for developers and engineering teams.

What you will do

• Help developers deploy, operate, and scale hirify.global in cloud-native environments.
• Debug complex infrastructure, performance, scalability, and availability issues in distributed systems.
• Develop observability solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Improve networking capabilities, including load balancing, DNS, and ingress/egress.
• Automate infrastructure operations with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Design diagnostic and self-service tools and communicate infrastructure improvements to developer, engineering, and product teams.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Western Time Zone.
• 6+ years of development experience with fluency in Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
• Experience deploying and managing medium- to large-scale architectures with Kubernetes or Docker.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and troubleshooting performance and availability issues.
• At least one year of internal or external customer-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience working with remote teams.

Nice to have

• Experience as a professional services consultant, solutions architect, customer engineer, or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience with security certificate management and implementation.
• Ability to translate customer use cases into hirify.global design decisions and architecture best practices.
• Experience with EKS, GKE, OpenTracing, Terraform, Ansible, or CDK.
